I have buy a hcl desktop computer from the shop dynamics technologies, which is located in sector-3 rohini delhi 110085. And at the same time i buy the speakers... and i never tried my head phones to do anything... With my computer i have got 1 year warranty.. but i have extended this warranty to 2 more years... and now the problem is when i tried my head phones to listen music they are not working properly...
And when i filled complaint against this, they people are telling me that their is no warranty for head phones ..are they making fool of me...
I have buy a system from there. and head phones are also of hcl.. so what is theproblem to correct that...
please look up in my matter... if u can...
