Mainboard Problem

I Buy a Desktop PC to in end of Feb.

I install and replace my old Main PC which store my whole office data and other 10 pc get data from

this HCL PC

Found problem on 15th of April. Complaint registerd to custmore care and complaint no. is 154090075.after 2 days eng. come and say more then 2 or 3 days require to solve the problem.we received very poor responce from you service. MY office close still stop.

Then I call Mr. Atul Khanna (Computer People, IT Dealer and Service Provider) for support

they transfer all the data to standby pc and my office now working. BUT THE HCL SERVICE PEOPLE DID NOT GIVE REPLACEMENT.

Still today is 22nd april there is no responce from the HCL Service Center. HCL DESKTOP IS STAY IN MY STORAGE RACK WATING FOR SERVICE ENGINER. when he come and start pc.

HCL give us 3 yrs (36 month warrany)

How they give us 36month of service.

I never buy HCL Product and never recomend to any body to buy this products
