I bought a HCL NOTE BOOK 4064AX067603 through WIZTECH, Saharanpur, (UP) on 15-11. Hardly I used this computer for one week. The system was too slow. When I checked, I found arrow keys are not working. laptop serial no is HCL NOTE BOOK 4064AX067603. Please confirm that this laptop is serviced by HCL service engineers and make arrangements for proper replacement or repairing of the same. Presently my address
