C.D. drive not in work, Recording not in work

Hello sir, or mam

this is 4 times then i have send my leaptop on service center with another problem, s.a. battery, keyboard, pad, charger.now i have problem in c.d.driver can not read & show .other problem in recording hardware. HCL service center is more on distance it is not possible to go because our classes is carry on so no time please come to solve my problem.
