Complaint against the gifts

Dear sir,

i being the member of the hero honda lady rider passport club, i would like to bring to your notice that the showroon is not giving us a proper service i.e they dont care for us when we enter the showroom and secondly they dont give us whatever we deserve which means our own gifts. the moment we enter the showroom they say that the gifts are not come from the head office, not only once but always.for some of us they deny but for some they give this is know as politics.as my own sharing i go to the showroom or even give calls to them every 15 days but every call and trip of our goes in vien.
