Mobile not replaced

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that i have a complaint against Hotspot (Branch Code 127) at Paschim Vihar, Infront of Jawala heri, New delhi. It has been around 6 months i hav purchased my mobile and from 2 months it is with them due to the display problem in it and in this 2 months i hav given them the mobile for 3 times but still it is not repaired yet and even they are not ready to replace it.

Please take some necessary action against them because now i m fedup of it.

I hope you will look in to the matter and will help me.
