Gift not received

I have bought a Hp Pavilion Dv4-1412Tu Notebook PC on 16-Jan. Under a special scheme I was offered a Videocon 22" LCD @ INR 9000 (inclusive all). I have sent all the required documents & payment on 18-Jan. I was promised that I will receive this gift within 2 months. Now it has been three months & I have yet not received my LCD. On calling at the number given on their website, nobody answers the phone & I get only a pre recorded message. I have sent number of e-mails at the address provided, but there is no response. On the website it states that the claim has been approved, payment is cleared, etc, but no status when the LCD will be delivered.
