I purchased a HP MINI NOTEBOOK on the date of 13/02. At that time company promised to consumers that they will give a KODAK 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA (with handling charges Rs. 1299 applicable) with every purchase Notebook. They charge extra 1299/ amount for gift handling charge and processing charges. I made a payment in favour of "Solution Integrated Marketing". I submitt my cheque to HP on date 24/02.My cheque is also cleared. At the time of purchase of Notebook HP assured us that please allow 6 weeks time after receiving the required documents at HP redemption process and send your gift. But this is unfortunate for us that we trust on this brand, because till date i did'n receive my gift KODAC 9.2 MEGA PIXEL CAMARA .I already paid the amount of handling charge for my gift. Every time on the query regarding gift, company always making a request for give some more time, They are not give us a proper reasson for delaying of my gift. So i am requesting u to please help me on this metter
