I have been a Customer of HP for more then 6 Years now... Last Year I bough a new HP Compaq V3000 and was really happy till the time someone told me there was an offer which I was supposed to get on my Laptop however due to lack of communication I missed out on. This Year in the month of Feb I brought a DV5 1102TU and the retailer the sales rep told me that I have an offer of claiming a Home theater as gift with this laptop. Some kind of Bonanza roll out from HP. I was really excited about the same. Then I registered my account online on 16th Feb and got my redemption code. Now the last thing which was left was to send the decoments to the HP redemption cell in Delhi. After that I got a call from HP verfification dept. and the gentleman told me that I need to send my documents before 31st March to claim my offer. Well till now I was really feeling happy and proud of being connected to a Customer Service Oriented Organisation. I sent all my documents to Hp redemption cell by 17th March and then I tried to vget in touch with them for next 3 days however no success via phone or e-mail to get a response from them. Today I got a mailer saying that my claim has been rejected as the last date to submit the documents was 15th March.
