Problem with the product

I have purchased a product of HP worth 49990. The product overall was fine on usage but there was a constant problem seen in the camera.

I then approached the Hp service centre an told them that my software or the camera listing continuously goes off and on in the device manager. The person said that it is a software issue and they will fix it and give it back. After one day all they did was restored my laptop and the camera was workin fine then later same happened again. I took it to the service centre again and again they do the restore. I lost my data twice but what the heck as the following would fix my computer.

After few days it happened again and i never then get back to the service centre and my camera finally went out. I said damn they'll restore and then again same prob.

Then today what i found was if u stretch the laptop till the end the camera shows in the device manager and tehn again goes off. So it is definitely a wiring problem and HP never thought of exchanging or recalling the products back. If it was constant. I also work for REEBOK and we find a continuous feedback in the product we recall it from the stores. But HP never did. All i can find is there customer service is real bad and they hardly care bout the product.

so this definitely a bad marketing for them

AS I AM TELLING ALL MY FRIEND'S TO NEVER GO FOR hP PRODUCTS.
