Dear Sir,

Subject: HP PAVILLION DESKTOP GIFT PACK OFFER

I PURCHASED hp Pavillion A6610IN on 15.11.2008 and applied for gift pack A- Noddy kit Kodak 8.2 MPX camera.

I sent the required documents :-

1. copy of reseller purchase invoice of the eligible system.

2. Bar coded product serial number sticker (original) pasted on the cardboard packaging.

3. Processing Charges, Rs 1500.00 DD no. 733914 dated 20/11 drawn on SBI Chandigarh service branch.

through speedpost ref no. EW332366920IN DT 20/11.

I haven’t received the gifts nor any response from your end, regarding the status. Please advise when the gifts will be sent.

Please also provide the phone numbers which can be contacted to check the status of the gifts.
