I had purchased a new HP pavillion dv2000 note book from HP dealers in Siliguri in November and was supposed to get a hauppage TV tuner within 6 weeks, however 4 months having passed I have not received the gift inspite of submitting all documents to their redemption cell in Okhla, New Delhi.
It doesnt speak well for a company of HP's stature.
