Non-Receipt of my Pan Card

Dear Sir,

I had applied for the New PAN Card in the month of October and was tracking the same on your website. According to the website, the PAN Number was alloted (AKMPA9267F) and the card was despatched to my residence address on 26th October. Till date the PAN Card has not reached my Address.

Request your goodselves to kindly help me in getting my PAN Card at the earliest.
