Three issues on HSBC credit card department
1) TATA AIG Policy is attached without my permission.
2) I have sumitted cheque of OBC bank towards payment dut, HSBC sent this cheque to AXIS for clearance and chrged me late fee and interes on due.
3) Representative of hsbc called me regarding payment due, I have paid 2000.
He told if you pay outstandig amount the due of your card will be ZERO and that same amount will be adjustable in two puchases but after this called to HSBC customer care people saying still amount due.
