Refund of my ticket cancellation

Hi,

I booked for travelling from Delhi to Pune. On 30th Apr cancelled my ticket : 6399725, flight Name: DN-627.

Ref No provided was : 153866 but till date amount is not credited. Then I called up bangalore branch but when tried that phone no:, nobody have picked up.

Please suggest us and reason why till date amount is not credited to my account.
