I am a resident of Pearl Apartments, Shamlal, Begumpet, Hyderabad. Our building is right behind Kochar Apartments. Iam Pained to see that precious water is being wasted by Kochar Apartments.24 hours a day for the past 3months the water has been leaking from their over head tank & they seem to be oblivious of the situation. The othorities must put a stop to such crime at the earliest.
