PPF Refund

Hi,

I have submitted my Providend fund withdrawl form in the Gurgaon Office on January 02. My PF number is HR/FBD/10640/10128. I have not received any amount details or any communication from the office of when I would get the amount back. Its been six months now that the form was submitted. Please let me know when I would get the money into my account or let me know the status. Please email me the status of the account.
