Credit card Statement

Hi

This is regarding the credit card statement for ICICI card which i received in Dec. I received December statement with two transactions of rs 6000 (Total 12000) as wrongly included in it. I received a call from their head office, chennai on 17th Dec that it was wrongly included and they would be sending me the corrected statement with deducted 12000 from this. But this din't happen. I have been following them like anything but without any fruits. I escalated this issue up to level 3 of the ICICI bank but nothing has happened as of now. Because of this wrong statement i have been paying itersts, late fee charges, limit cross charges and lot many other charges for last 6 months.

Now i am really tired of them and left the hope. I am out of India for last 8 months and thats the reason has not been able to go to their office, but have tried all other means to get it rectified.

Request you kindly to escalate this.
