I was asked an employee of icici bank vidyanagar hyderabad and he did it on june 18th. and asked me to check on web when i asked him for 2 months. also informed me it was dispatched on july 30th 09 but never got it so i again called the person he said to contact only pan dept. when tried to check on web it was asking for coupan number which i am not aware. my application number was given as034859876 and email address as [email protected] and its not showing any for me so please help me with information asap.
