ICICI Bank Credit Card
NON RECEIPT OF STATEMENT

I, am holding a credit card no 4477460858991005 in my name. From the last three to four months I have not been receiving the monthly statement, as a result I have to pay a lot of fine and intrest. I, have been holding this card for more than five years and there has been no problem like this. I, have stopped using this card now.
