Cancillation of my credit card

I have losed several verbal complaints against my credit card no 4477 4782 8447 8009 (Big Bazar icici bank visa credit crad) on telephone in the month of nov dec.and march.

So, now i want to cancel my card immidiately otherwise i will go to cunsumer court.
