ICICI : Credit Card
Credit Card Not Renewed

Dear Sir,

I am using ICICI Credit Card card from last 4 Years, After Validity Over i can not received new validity card.

I have given customer complaint twice personally talked with customer support people, Support people given answer that courier person does't found your Home.

I don't know How Courier person does't find my home. I am living in prime location in Pune i.e Kothrud.

Regularly i received ICICI bank statement on same address, & How credit card not received on same address.

This is a thrid complaint i am writing herewith.
