It is intimated that the above mentioned SIM is de-activated w.e.f today morning. It is also brought to your notice that the same was de-activated previously also (some 10 days back). After submission of a few documents the same was re-activated. But, again today morning without any prior intimation the same has been de-activated. Pls. look into the matter urgently.
