Bought IFB microwave model 25sc1 in 2005.After one year it stopped working and I got the PCB replaced for Rs.1800. on 20-06-09 it again developed the same defect. I will again have to pay Rs. 1800 Rs. 282 visiting charges. Service is also very poor even after one week of registering the complaint no action has been taken. Is IFB not answerable to its customers? Why is there no feedback page available on there website? Why are the customers cheated, harassed and looted by their substandard products and poor after sales services? Please us and many more like us.
