I have a microwave owen of this company which was gifted to me in March this year and is still under the Warranty/Gurantee of the company.
On 7th October 10.00 am a complaint was lodged for the non functioning of the microwave, assurance was given that within 24 hours the complaint will be addressed, however its been more than 48 hours now and noone has even bothered to call us back. Inspite whenever we call the call centre we are given the assurance that within one hour somebody will call back and attend, however nothing has happened as of now.
I would like immediately my complaint to be addressed and if need be this product should be replaced without any charge to me.
