I have purchased a Camcorder DVH 571 from homeshop18.com, but the product is not as per the specification, picture quality is not satisfactory, no adopter, no memory card was attached with the product. At this stage I like to return the same. Please provide me your Bangalore Office address for returning the Camcorder and also return the amount through SBI, Cooch Behar/Axis Bank/ICICI Bank, Cooch Behar.
