INABILITY TO BOOK REFILL OVER TELEPHONE

Dear Sir,

I was allotted Sr. No. LPG 11511 to my complaint dated 04/09/08 and that was all. No follow-up appears to have been done after that.

I could book a refill on 05/09/08, over telephone & was asked to wait for 8-10 days. In order to remind M/s Kandhari Gas, Rohini, Delhi, I was lucky enough to have telephonic link today after three days. To my surprise I was told, delivery will take another 8-10 days.

It generally happens because no booking number is advised and it appears that the card is kept back without executing the delivery.

It is requested that M/s Kandhari Gas, Rohini, be instructed to :--

A) attend the telephone calls sincerely,

B) advise a refill booking serial number in future,

C) and now, arrange to deliver the cylinder booked on 05/09/08, after 16 days.
