Indifferent attitude of staff at delhi a

Sir,

I was reserved to fly from Delhi to Gorakhpur on 01 Jun09, vide pnr LFCOJR & E-tkt no 7052161529729. My Incoming flight was kingfisher from pune to delhi which got delayed, reached at 1400hrs at delhi, immediately informed jetlite counter staff at delhi arrival counter about my booking by jetlite to gorakhpur & in turn to inform at departure duty manager.after my luggage was received, immediately I went to jetlite at 1-D, they told me that due to no information, they have closed counter at 1427, I reached at 1430.

Even after informing at JETLITE counter staff at arrival delhi terminal, no information was passed to departure staff, this is malinging reputation of Jetlite. Regarding refund also, no show status brings 1000/- deduction, why

this case will be taken to consumer court & DGCA for suitable guidelines & correction in attitude of staff

I could not go to gorakhpur as defence minister was to be received by me, please take adequate action & acknowledge on my E-mail account
