I had booked one railway e-ticket online through my SBI onine account. Details as below:

Due to some error while booking ticket money had been debited but ticket (PNR NO) not generated. I talked with IRCTC customer care helpline, they told me to send the copy of bank statement showing the detail of that debited entry. i mailed them scanned copy of bank statement showing that debted entry.
Since october, i am in continuous followup with IRCTC and they are only telling that the matter is being taken up with State Bank of India.
Please do the needful.
