Delay in luggage booked

Sir,

I have booked my luggage via railways while travelling from ABU Road to NJP on 17 May. At the time of booking the loading staff asked me to pay them some amount as kharcha pani to load my luggage to which I said NO. Now my luggage has not reached NJP till today (24 May). On enquiry via my friend it seems my luggage has not been boarded at ABU ROAD station itself. As I have brought my family at new station I am in great agony as I have to make way without any luggage (I came here on posting).

You are requested to please help me in getting the luggage as quickly as possible.
