I had made a cancellation of a ticket on 08/05/09 over the counter at New Delhi Railway Station same was being booked from same station through my Bank of Baroda DEBIT CARD and at the time of cancellation i was told that i'll get the money back in my bank a/c with in 2 or 3 working days. Still on 31/05/09 i've not received any refund for the same and when i made a call at customer care the customer care executive name "SHARAD KUMAR" (SUPERVISOR OF CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE) straight way refused to provide any information for the same.
Requesting you to plz look into the matter on priority.
