Sir,

I booked an e-ticket for 4674 (SHAHEED EXPRESS), PNR NO:2362612131, Class 3 A, Date of Journey: 17//09/, through an agent. That agent told me that he will return the money after 15 days as it takes 15 days for the transaction to be reverted. Today, when I approached him he told me that the money has not been refunded in his account. At the time of cancellation he gave me a slip in which the transaction ID mentioned is 0132144555.I would request you to do the needful.
