NON RECEIPT OF REFUND

I HAVE BOOKED RAILWAY TICKET THRU IRCTC WEBSITE VIDE PNR NO :6127634845 FOR A JOURNEY FROM CHHAPRA TO NEW DELHI FOR 13.05.2009. TRAIN WAS DELAYED FOR MORE THAN 12 HRS. DUE TO ABOVE DELAY, I COULD NOT COMMENCE THE JOURNEY AND CANCELLED THE TICKET ON 14.05.09 (BEFORE ARRIVAL OF THE TRAIN AT THE CHHAPRA STATION).

DUE TO ABOVE CANCELATION I AM ELIGABLE FOR REFUND OF FULL AMOUNT I.E. RS.917/- FROM INDIAN RAILWAYS. HOWEVER FOR LAST SIX MONTHS, INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDER AND FOLLOWUP RAILWAYS AUTHORITY HAS NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY DUE TO ME.

I WANT CONSUMER COURT TO HELP ME GETTING THE REFUND ALONG WITH ALL INTEREST & PENALTY FOR DELAY.
