Ordered a Black and Decker steam iron that was delivered on 02 March. It was a defective product and the complaint was immediately lodged with Indiaplaza and after repeated e-mails, the product was finally picked up for replacement on 18 March. Today is 24 May and I am still awaiting the replacement. The customer care number that is given in the website does not exist and every e-mail is replied by asking a couple of days time.
