Non-replacement of the defective product

I purchased a Black & Decker steam iron from indiaplaza.com by paying Rs 1700/- Rs 150/- as shipping charges. The product was delivered to me on 03 March and it was packed in a box stuffed with broken pieces of thermocol. It was not a proper packing that would have been done by a reputed company like Black & Decker. I immediately wrote the e-mail to Indiaplaza and they agreed to pick up the defective product and replace it with the new one. The product was finally picked up on 18 March after repeated e-mails. Till date I have been writing to them about the status of the replacement but I have received only the false promises. Each of my mail is replied by asking a couple of days time.
