I received the consignment today. I logged on to the the website http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm as your pamphlet says to claim my free gift, and typed out the unique number and email address as asked by it and submitted the same. But it was showing as wrong entries even after I double checked the entries. Then I spoke to one of your customer care executive on 011-40502424 and he asked me to log on to booktoday.in/promos.htm. However this site opens only this complaint format. Kindly do the needful.
