I subscribe to India Today Book Club's Free gift scheme by paying Rs 2249 in the month of Dec vide order Ref. No. OGA080054655 but I am yet to receive my free gift. I made several complaints to ITBC (Complaint No 46063 Dt 31/03/09, 93277 Dt 06/05/09, 993912 Dt 23/05/09, 130029 Dt 09/06/09, 148828 Dt 08/07/09) but there is no response. The call centre staff of ITBC is trained to give a fixed reply
every time to wait for another 15 days which as ususal pass without taking any action. ITBC has certainly found a genious way to fool people. Instead of giving a proper response they keep on sending offers one after another.
I seek this forum expecting some action.
