I have booked philips DVD player along with freegift (Reebok sungalss and holoday package) and made payment through credit card on 19-12 and as per the cummunication the deelivery TAT is 10 to 12 days but still i have not rceicved my order as well as free gifts.
I have called 3 times and each time they have replyed me that order is still not proceed.
I request to India today pls send my order AEAP or refund my money with interest
