When I try to activate the voucher number from the site www.bigcity.in/indiatoday/holiday; it does not accept the voucher since the number of digits on the voucher are 12 whereas the field supports only upto 10 digits.
I have been writing mails & calling on the Helpline number for the past 10 days, but the only answer that I recieve each time is to "wait for some time".
