Dear Sir,
This is to inform to all that inspite of several complaints, calls, emails & follow ups with India Today, instead of getting the refund of my money, I am getting several calls/emails from India today which clearly shows that India Today do not have any complaint monitoring/reviewing system & is just Ok to hold customer complaints without taking any action on the complaints.
I am completely disturbed mentally due to this & also facing financial problem as I have not received the refund for last several months.
