Did not send me free gift and very poor customer service response

I had ordered 'Famous Composers - 40 CD premium edition' from their june catalogue. The product came with a free pair of Speedo Sunglasses. However, the package did not contain the free gift. I sent about 5 mails regarding the matter but they have not bothered to reply. I felt cheated.
