I had ordered the best seller pack (1-The Namesake, 2-Why Mars and Venus collide, 3-How to get from where you are to where you want to be, 4-The Naked face, 5- Memories of Midnight), by responding to the brochures sent to me, along with the Eligibility certificates.
The offer price was Rs. 499/- plus delivery charges of Rs.75/-, totaling to Rs.574/-.
I had sent the credit card details along with the order form.
Regret to inform you that my account was debited on the 22nd August for the same amount, and am still awaiting the Best seller pack, along with the Holiday Vouchers and the Adidas Sipper.
