Purchase of Mobile Phone, Not received

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Mobile phone online from IndiaToday Bookclub site on 5th Sept 09. I have done the full payment also. I got the mail stating that your order has been dispatched on 7th Sept & you will receive it in 2-3 days. but still I have not received it. its now 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

I have traced through India Today Book club & the representative said, its lying with Dart Mail. on the Dart Mail side there is only one no. 0120 3069300, which nobody is picking up.

Request you to please do the needful. The payment done is worth Rs. 9500/-
