I bought a track suit from India Today Book Club (online) and there was a scheme where they were giving"Holiday Voucher" alongwith the order.
firstly, there were lot of issue in claiming the gift online due to technical fault of 'India Today" and even after 2 months and several mails there is no solution to this. I have been writing mails and calling them on 011-40502424 time and again but no solution till date. I have written many mails mentioning that the voucher no mentioned to claim the gift is wrong but surprising there is no response. A company like India Today has such a worse service, never expected.
