I ordered for Reebik shoes Free Beneton Watch amounting to Rs. 2, 198/- but informed through First Flight Courier about the Parcel containing BENETON WATCH, SUNGLASSES, MESSANGER BAG, CAP AND BELT. I returned the same from the courier itself on 09.06.09. Till then I have been repeatedely requesting through E- Mails and telephonically on 01140502424 to refund my amount but nothing has been done so far except the assurances. I made the payment of Rs. 2, 198/- through credit card on 15.05.09. I have also sent a letter dated 11.09.09 to Mr. Amit Kumar, Executive Relations, India Todat Book Club alongwith the photocopy of Credit Card statement but the money has not been refunded to me. You are requested to refund the money to me and presently noone is responding on phone No. 01140502424.
