I had applied for disconnection of my broadband on 12-11.My Landline number is 40919978
My request no is 290248. After some time, airtel Field Engineer called me saying he will come to my house to discoonect and collect the instrument. He never turned up. He did not even have the courtesy to inform me of his inability to come. Hence I filed a complaint regarding the same, The complaint number is 26678848 filed on 19-11-09.I was told that The complaint will be addressed by 21-11-09.As has been the custom of your complaint redressal, The field Engineer called me on 21-11-09 and said he will come to my house. He never turned up. This was despite me having informed him about my earlier experience. I would also like to inform u that as yet my problem has not been solved. I want to inform u that I am also a working person and I also have work to do. I do not like the irresponsible way of your Field Engineer's rendering of service. Also, I would like to know whether u are really interested in solving my request.
