I booked the following tickets as under Chennai to Srirangam for journey commencing on 23/03 by Pallavan Express AC Chair car. Confirmation e-mail from IRCTC not received but amount has been debited to my SBI Netbanking account Ref: IGO5497407 for Rs 241 on 2/2. Conirmation e-mail required for this transaction

In both cases I am not able to see the booked tickets list or history of booked tickets on the left hand side of the web page where only animated ads ffor booking cabs or hotels is seen. How do I get the tickets printed?
