I have orderded summer kit from itbk worth Rs 1999 including damaged benetton watch ucb it was damaged so i returned it back as per their procedure on 26 th june .in their reply to me they have received it .but they have not return back my new watch and courier charges worth Rs 230 .

many times i wrote them they just reply nicely by saying sorry and give reasons like wait fo 10 days 15 days, there is system error, have forward your complaint
