Dear Sir,

i have ordered goods by online purchase. i paid rs.100 for courier charges .my goods were dispatched by company on 5-11. overnite courier consignment no 800684302 had accepted consignment on 05-11 and after making several call to company fright service had ultimately delivered goods on 12-09. only 132 kms away. every hour 10 buses ply and hundreds of courier parcels are reached on same day delivery..

its too ridiculous an international company keeps such courier services with them ..
