I had entered into a 2 year service Agreement with Aquaguard Thane Franchise- Multiservices on 17th April. (Contract receipt no. AG96B 13957031, Customer code:17021) and paid Rs. 1790/-.
Its more than one year now, and nobody has turned up for servicing and changing of filter. The water filter is not giving filtered water any more.
I called up HELPLINE (Tel:39883333) and registered my complaint on 29/07/08 (Request no. 80493603) and thereafter called up several times.
Till date, no technician has turned up
